We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team in the real estate development industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ensure that financial transactions are properly documented
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial analysis and insights
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist with tax filings and audits
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls and financial processes to safeguard company assets

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant in the real estate developer industry
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
