Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models to guide financial planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support strategic business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations by preparing and filing necessary tax returns and documentation.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance financial integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and coordinate with external auditors.
- Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact financial operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a strong grasp of accounting principles and practices.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the logistic sector.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus to enhance communication with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Attention to detail is crucial to minimize errors and maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey financial information clearly.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, adapting to changing priorities.
• Integrity and ethical judgment are essential to maintaining trust and transparency in financial reporting.
