The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate accounting and proven experience handling core financial operations in a real estate environment. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting financial reporting and compliance. Strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of real estate financial processes are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE financial practices
• Familiarity with AML compliance
• Excellent command of Russian and English (spoken and written)
• Male or female candidates are welcome
• Zoho software knowledge
