Accountant

Job description / Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong experience in Tally ERP/Prime to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting activities and maintain books of accounts
• Handle full-cycle accounting entries using Tally ERP/Prime
• Reconcile Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank statements
• Process invoices, payments, an in a timely manner
• Process construction Payment
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filing requirements
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Nationality: Filipina
• Proven experience as an Accountant in the UAE
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and VAT laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent skill in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Accounting certifications are an advantage
