Job description / Role
COMPANY: A leading company in the Building Material industry.
POSITION: ACCOUNTANT/ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
JOB ROLE
• Managing Bank instruments like BGs (Bank Guarantee), LCs, etc.
• Liaising with Banks on a regular basis.
• Handling various remittance and cross border transactions
• Day to day accounting following guidelines and accounting principles
• Using ERP for various accounting and MIS, updating ERP for various masters -Item, Vendor, Customer
• Co-ordinate with other departments to extend various support and timely closings
• Various Countries coordination and sponsorship / advertisement controls
• Bank Reconciliation, payments and expenses accounting
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• UAE based experience with Bank instruments like BGs (Bank Guarantee), LCs, etc.
• Experience in dealing/liaising with banks on a regular basis (by personal visits to banks when required).
• Experience in DMCC related accounting/finance.
• Experience in Trading accounting
• Experience of working in ERP atmosphere - Oracle / SAP
• Experience of MIS and finalization of books of accounts
• Experience of Budgeting and budgetory controls
• Experience of Foreign Remittance and Insurance
• Experience of Cross border transactions
PLACE OF POSTING: Dubai
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
