Accountant And Financial Planner

Job description / Role

Gulf Universal Property Development is seeking a highly skilled Accountant & Financial Planner to manage financial operations, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and provide strategic financial planning for large-scale property development projects, including the landmark Al Faisal Tower.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop financial models, cash flow projections, and feasibility studies for real estate projects.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor project expenditures, cost allocations, and profitability.
- Advise management on financial risks, investment opportunities, and funding strategies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, audit requirements, and accounting standards.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA) preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in real estate development or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting and tax laws.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken & written).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
