Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Rationale: To assist in the reconciliation of the distributor claims for Saudi
Duration: 3 months (could be extended if necessary)
Starting Date: as soon as possible

Duties:
- Review Distributor claims and ensure all necessary supporting documentation is available and accurate;
- Reconcile distributor’s statement of outstanding debit notes;
- Ensure proper tracking of status of debit notes;
- liaise with the commercial team to obtain necessary input and approvals for all Debit Notes;
- liaise with Transactional Finance to ensure timely processing of approved debit notes
- Periodic monitoring of disputed debit notes with the distributor

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Accountancy
- 3 yrs relevant experience
- Specialist knowledge: Reconciliation, checking debit notes, and speaking to distributors.
- Language Fluency: English and Arabic
- Current Location: UAE only
