Job description / Role
• Maintains full set of accounts (i.e. sorting and analyzing transactions, making journal entries to monthly closing of books up to the preparation of accounting reports).
• Prepares the schedules for monthly filing of VAT returns.
• Coordinates with auditors during annual audit and provides the schedules as required.
• Performs monthly bank reconciliation.
• In charge of Accounts Payable and ensures that payables are paid on or before due date.
• Prepares and issues quotations and invoices.
• Monitors the progress of the repairs and updates clients as needed.
• Provides customer service (i.e. responds to queries and concerns). Handles complaints if any.
• In charge of purchases
• Designs and implements office systems and procedures.
• Person in-charge of office administration activities
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Degree in BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Business Administration or related
• Minimum 3 years significant experience in a related role
• Minimum 1-year experience in UAE
• Competency in Microsoft applications
• Must be comfortable working and communicating with other nationalities
• Experience in handling VIP customers personally, an advantage
• Philippine national, female, 26-35 years old
