Accountant (Immediate Start)

Job description / Role

We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Accountant to join our team in Dubai immediately.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership quickly and manage day-to-day financial operations with accuracy, efficiency, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage accounts receivable and actively follow up on outstanding payments
• Monitor cash flow and support financial forecasting
• Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring full UAE compliance
• Maintain clear financial reporting and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams on payments, collections, and budgeting

Candidate Profile:
• Based in Dubai and available for immediate start
• 3–6+ years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE
• Strong understanding of VAT and UAE tax compliance
• Hands-on experience with Odoo (ERP) or similar systems
• Fluent in English with clear and professional communication
• Confident in managing collections and following up on payments
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt and take ownership


Requirements:
• Currently based in Dubai and available for immediate start
• Proven UAE accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of VAT and UAE tax regulations
• Hands-on experience with Odoo (ERP/accounting system)
• Fluent English speaker with clear, professional communication skills
• Strong follow-up skills, especially in collections
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Fast learner who can quickly adapt and take ownership
