Accountant Secretary

Job description / Role

• Reporting to: Director
• Duration: Permanent
• Desired start date: asap
• Working Hours: Sat-Thurs 9am-6pm
• Other Benefits: Health Insurance

Main responsibilities:

• Secretary responsible for Purchasing, full accounting of payables and local receivables, HR as well as stock inventory audits.
• Preferably with experience on Tally.
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Objectives:

• Keep stock of factory supplies in check and place orders when necessary.
• Bookkeeping all payables & Receivables.
• Organise company data.
• Manage agendas, tasks etc. for the upper management.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Looking for efficient, experienced, accurate and organised professionals.
• Number required: 1

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Bachelors
• Nature and length of previous experience: Well experienced in Office administration
• Well rounded in basic accounting
• Proficient in sourcing and purchasing
• Holding UAE driving license
• preferably with own vehicle
• Specialist knowledge: Experience with Tally would be useful but not necessary
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Well organised and punctual with follow ups
• Language Fluency: English
