Accountant (UAE Mainland)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Format: Office-based

ATOMIC-SHOP is an international trading and e-commerce company specializing in auto tuning and motorsport parts. We operate across multiple jurisdictions, including the UAE (Dubai Mainland), Germany, Ukraine, and expanding markets such as the USA.

This role is not transactional bookkeeping. It is a key compliance and finance position with real impact on the company’s international structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain full-cycle accounting for the UAE mainland entity in compliance with UAE regulations
• Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time
• Prepare and manage Corporate Tax filings and related documentation
• Ensure full compliance with UAE tax legislation and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Oversee financial documentation, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy
• Support internal financial controls and process improvements
• Coordinate with management on tax planning and risk mitigation
• Full-cycle accounting management for company entities in other jurisdictions (Germany, USA) in collaboration with external tax consultants

• Proven experience as an Accountant in the UAE (Mainland experience required)
• Hands-on experience submitting VAT and Corporate Tax returns in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Tax Law and compliance framework
• Experience in a trading, distribution, or e-commerce company
• Ability to independently manage accounting cycles and reporting
• Experience working in structured or international companies
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and regulatory discipline
• High level of responsibility and ownership
