Employment:
Full Time
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Maintain expense reports
• Process reimbursement forms
• Prepare bank deposits
• Enter financial transactions
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Prepare invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
• Participate in quarterly and annual audit
Requirements
• Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Tally )
• Organization skills
• Degree in Accounting field
