Job description / Role
- Preparing sales invoices and following the prescribed procedures for issuing the invoices
- Custodian of petty cash and posting it into the system.
- Preparing letters necessary for accounting department with accuracy and attention to detail
- Performing banking duties which includes cheque deposits, cash deposits etc.
- Tracking a record and accuracy of the transactions.
- Preparing adequate reports as and when required.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in MS Office & accounting software.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the company
- Experience about 2-3 years.
