Job description / Role
Our global client operates in the energy sector and have their regional office in Dubai. With around 1500 employees globally, they are growing steadily.
Seeking a FRENCH SPEAKER for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Handle all customer queries
• Provide appropriate solutions to queries and complaints
• Invoice data-entry
• Ensure that the agreed Intercompany/Transfer Prices are entered on Receipts
• Invoice customer based on the agreed Credit Terms
• Check that customer payments are received on or before the due date
• Manage the Accounts Receivable and follow up with customers on their overdues
• Monitor the statement of accounts received from finance and ensure customers payments are correctly allocated and reconciled
• Handle all intercompany invoices
• Manage and maintain Accounts Payable Sheet
• Update and dispatch customers’ price lists periodically
• Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Requirements
• French native speaker, and fluency in English
• Age 25-30 years old
• Experience in using ERP systems
• Working knowledge in accounting and invoicing
• Min 2 years’ experience in Customer Services
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
SALARY: AED 13k / month
