Accounting Executive

Job description / Role

• We are currently on the lookout for an Accounting executive with the following traits to contribute to our team:
• Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and in accordance with billing schedules.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) entries and maintain an organized digital/physical filing system.
• Ensure strict compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks and administrative support as assigned.

• Proficiency in accounting software is essential; prior experience with QuickBooks is a strong added advantage.
• Knowledge and ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Minimum Degree in Accounting or equivalent certificates (ACCA, CIMA, CA)

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
