Description
* Responsible for managing a team both locally and remotely
* Implement new accounting policies and monitor them to ensure that they are effective
* Responsible for month-end closing and reconciliation of general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
* Prepare budgets, cost management and performance assessment reports periodically
* Prepare financial statements periodically to exhibit the organisation's financial position
* Prepare cash forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis and subsequently, create reports displaying quarterly cash flow projections
* Design controls to ensure that the organisation adheres to budget constraints and parameters
* Present analysis reports to management to facilitate decision-making
* Liaise with internal and external auditors for the annual audit process

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* Professional Accounting Qualification is a MUST - CA, CPA, ACCA etc.
* 10 - 15 years of experience within a similar role
