Accounting Manager | Outsourcing Company

About the company:
SORP Group is a leading outsourcing company in the Dubai market with 17 years of experience. We provide a full range of accounting services for companies of various sizes and industries.

Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of accountants, organize and oversee specialists’ work.
- Analyze existing business processes within the department and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Optimize task completion timelines and ensure quality control of accounting services for client companies.
- Review financial reports for client companies.
- Train employees and provide consulting support to clients.
- Advise accounting team members on taxation and accounting issues (including client communication on complex matters).
- Approve and monitor responses to requests from regulatory authorities for client companies.
- Support audit processes.
- Analyze employee workload and efficiency, ensuring departmental financial goals are met.
- Regularly analyze UAE legislation related to tax accounting and prepare relevant updates.

- Languages - Fluent in Russian, English proficiency: C1 level.
- Experience managing an outsourced accounting team or as a Chief Accountant with process setup experience (minimum 3 years).
- Experience with QuickBooks or Zoho Books is an advantage.
- Experience working with companies from various industries.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
