* Dubai Freezone company, overseasaffiliate of a large Korean Conglomerate

Location: JAFZA, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Remark: Accounting or Finance Experience with 3 years of UAE experience

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform other duties as assigned)
- Understand general accounting principles and finance tasks
- Issue invoices to client, and manage credit & debt regularly
- Verifies invoices from vendors.Examine payment requests and expense reports
- Management accounting of general and administration expenses
- Input accounting transactions in the ERP system
- Process management payments
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; Expense, Sales, Cost Invoice; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Follow-up fund receipts and disbursement daily and monthly
- Management of bank balance and reconciliation
- Prepare an expense report form and settle the balance instead of staffs, especially after their business travelling, etc.
- Communicate with related people outside the organization, other companies,in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.
- Open, sort and route incoming mails, manage correspondences, and prepare outgoing mails
- Deliver messages,take orders by supervisor,and run errands
- Sometimes, assist for a minor logistics operation job if any
- Arrange a water, beverages, etc. against clients with staffs

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English speaker
- 3 years Accounting or Finance Experience with 3 years at UAE Logistics company
- Have Experience to handle any ERP accounting system
- Ability to handle MS Excel and Word
- Knowledge about accounting / finance related documents
- Ability to work well with a team and have good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
