Accounts Assistant

Job Description:
- Be heavily involved in Job Costing - analyze costs associated with each shipping job, including labor, materials, fuel, maintenance, and overhead expenses.
- Daily task involves data entry in accounting software.
- Do trail balance, take care of balance sheet, and prepare P&L reports for management.
- Coordinate with debtors and creditors alike as needed.
- Process VAT Returns and intercompany reconciliation.

Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
- Open to Filipino, Indian and Sri Lankan nationalities
- 40 years old and below
- Minimum of 2 years experience in freight industry
- Must have bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of job costing in the same industry
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
