Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and statements.
- Process invoices, payments, and employee expense claims efficiently.
- Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to facilitate accurate reporting.
- Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding billing and payments.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and forecasts as needed.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for easy accessibility.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and procedures.

- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
