We are working with a highly regarded boutique organisation that operates internationally, supporting senior stakeholders and private investment interests across multiple jurisdictions. With a strong reputation for excellence, trusted relationships, and long-term partnerships, this firm provides strategic and operational support to a select group of global clients.

As part of their continued growth, the company is seeking an Accounts Associate to join their Dubai-based team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations and governance across international entities. Responsibilities include day-to-day bookkeeping, preparing detailed expense reports, processing inter-company transactions, issuing invoices and monitoring receivables, and coordinating with external accounting providers. There will also be exposure to compliance administration, financial registrations, and broader office operational support depending on experience.

The successful candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach. Prior experience in a boutique, entrepreneurial or international environment is ideal, along with a Bachelor’s degree and proven capability in bookkeeping and expense reporting. Strong written English skills and extensive QuickBooks experience are essential. Flexibility, discretion, and the ability to work closely within a collaborative, fast-paced team are key to thriving in this role.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
