Accounts Executive

Job description / Role

Our client who takes pride of place in the competitive raw chemicals industry across the Middle East and CIS, is seeking an Accounts Executive with a fresh and young approach, interested to develop his/her career in Accounting & Finance functions.

You will be responsible for roles in accounts & finance such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales order & invoicing, collections, maintaining ledgers, finalisation of accounts, bank reconciliation, liaison with banks, sound understanding of preparing balance sheet, profit & loss statement, and other reports to top management.

A keen communicator with excellent communication & interpersonal skills and expertise in developing and fostering fruitful relationship with clients, you will be well acquainted with in-house accounting software.

Located in Dubai, you will be working with a team of professionals and experts with strong chemical industry experience; who support a diverse range of customers.

A competitive salary will be offered for this role, circa AED 6000 per month plus Medical, annual ticket and 22 working days annual leave. A corporate casual dress-code exists with working hours across Sunday to Thursday.

Requirements

To be successful within this role, you should be able to communicate clearly with the top management, vendors and banks and will be logical in your thinking. An Efficient organizer, motivator and a decisive leader with the skills to motivate teams to excel and win, you should be curious to grow in your career in Finance & Accounts, be energetic and have an attitude to learn.

In terms of qualifications and systems, you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and may have achieved CA accreditation. Certainly you will need significant ERP experience and ability to create business communication to a high standard will be required in this role.
