Accounts Executive

Job description / Role

As an Accounts Executive you will be responsible to ensure the management and effective utilization of funds, submission of accurate and timely management of information and maintaining of foreign exchange hedging for ecommerce retail business. On this role your key accountabilities are bank reconciliation, clearing account reconciliation, cash management services, online payment services reconciliations, mPOS and POS Services, accounts receivable & payable management, documentation, foreign exchange management, treasury reports, audit, business service satisfaction, etc.

Your role will be based in Dubai. You will report into the Finance Head.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting role, you should have a Bachelor's degree specialized in commerce / accounting / finance / ecommerce. MBA - Finance / Intermediate CA is an asset.

You should have minimum 3+ years' experience in finance and accounts within an ecommerce business within the UAE region. Experience of working within a startup environment is an asset.

Along with previous experience you must have excellent analytical, numerical, presentation and reporting skills, knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and strong computer skills - including ERP knowledge (preferably SAP/Oracle) and advanced MS-Office knowledge., inc macros and SQL linkages.

To be a successful Accounts Executive, you must be committed, hardworking, with a high level of accuracy, an eye for detail and have the ability to thrive in a high-paced / high pressure environment amidst frequent change. Great time management skills, ability to multitask, intelligence, above all someone who doesn't get stressed under pressure.

Salary Range - 5000 aed per month
