About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Job Description:
• Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial statements in line with IFRS and UAE standards.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control: Lead project budgeting and cash flow forecasting, monitor expenditures, and advise on cost efficiencies.
• Accounts, Compliance & Contracts: Supervise AP/AR, ensure VAT and corporate tax compliance, manage audits, and review financial terms in contracts.
• Leadership, Analysis & Controls: Guide and mentor the accounts team, provide financial insights for management decisions, and uphold strong internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
• Minimum 7 years in accounts management within the UAE construction industry, with expertise in project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Deep knowledge of UAE construction industry practices; proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sage, ERP) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with understanding of UAE VAT and compliance.
• Strong team management abilities and excellent financial analysis skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in reporting

Salary:
AED 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
