Accounts Officer / Manager for an Architectural Products Company

Job description / Role

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Able to handle high level of meetings with the Banks, Insurance Sectors and Directors of the company
• Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections, and etc,)
• Responsible for cash management, including performing international wire transfers, ACH payments, and maintaining lines of credit
• Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principals
• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities with superior numeric skills
• Possess well-developed interpersonal and communication, verbal, and written skills

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Ability to manage and direct employees
• Proficient Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and Accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)
• SAP experience is a must

• POSITION: Finance Manager
• SALARY: 15,000 AED All inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Architectural Products Company
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
• Preferably with UAE driving license

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance Business Administration or any relevant certification
• Must be a Chartered Accountant or CA Inter
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Insurance
• Previously/currently working as Finance Manager
