Accounts Payable Assistant cum Administrative Assistant
Job description / Role
Looking for Dubai experienced Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant (Spanish Speaking preferred) in administrative and project coordination.
This crucial role supports with the international operations. You will be responsible for extensive calendar management, coordinating and organizing complex executive meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes as well as ensuring that the CEO/MD is well briefed in advance.
You will be required to prepare daily, weekly and monthly diary commitments and reports and interface with executive board members.
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Must Speak Spanish
Experience in administrative and project coordination.
