Accounts Payable Supervisor

About the Client:
A leading importer and exporter of fresh fruits and vegetables globally.

Job Description:
- Ensure all the suppliers outstanding are accurately recorded in the system, company assets related to payments are safeguarded
- Drive the AP Accounting team to focus on set controls related to reconciling Suppliers SAOs, accuracy of Suppliers balance and accuracy of payments and safeguard the company money.
- Oversee and monitor the performance of the AP Accounting team, provide adequate supervision, guidance and develop talent.
- Review AP, PDC Issued, and Received Not Invoiced GLs in Trial balance (TB) and reconcile them with the sub ledgers and ensure that there are no variances.

- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting is preferred
- Knowledgeable of Fruit and Vegetable industry is a plus
- Proficient in Reconciliations, IFRS16 and MS Excel is added advantage.
