Accounts Receivable Accountant

Job Description:
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy in billing and posting customer payments to the appropriate accounts.
- Regularly reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
- Assist in following up with customers for overdue payments via phone, email, and other communication methods, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
- Assist in generating daily/weekly AR reports, maintain organized records of transactions, and support the AR team in month-end closing activities.

Position Title: Assistant Account Receivable
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading importer and exporter of fresh fruits and vegetables globally.

- Open to Arabic nationals
- 40 years old and below
- Minimum 3 years in AR or Credit Control (Bank, Financing, FMCG) with supervisory experience and managing at least 300 customer accounts.
- Proficient in SAP/Oracle ERP (3+ years), advanced Excel, and MS Office; M3 ERP experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Fruit & Vegetable industry is advantage.

Salary:
AED 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
