Accounts Receivable Executive (Short Term Contract)

We are currently looking for temporary Accounts Receivable Executives to join on short term contract.

- The Accounts Receivable duties will be as follows:
- Ringing customers to chase payments
- Logging call details on the AR system
- Reconciling receivables ledgers with customers payables ledgers
- Providing back up invoices or other supporting documents to customers
- Preparing credit notes and appropriate back up for approval and processing
- Visiting customers (from time to time)

Requirements

- Fluency in English
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to draft business like emails to customers
- Ability to work with Excel

The above position is a contractual role for 3 months. Candidates on dependent visas with NOC will be preferred.
