Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, customer billing, payment processing, account reconciliation, collections, customer service, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Process and issue invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner
Review and verify invoice accuracy and completeness
Monitor customer accounts for timely payment and follow up with customers as needed
Process and record payments received from customers
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable aging, cash collections, and other financial metrics
Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer billing issues
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Minimum of [Insert number of years] years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
