Position Title: Accounts Receivables & Collections Officer

Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe
Job Description:
• Working on debt collection back-office function from customers from 13 countries in West and Central Africa, centralized in Dubai office through following up via phone, email or letters as needed.
• Managing the company's accounts receivable by analyzing customer payment trends and developing strategies to reduce outstanding debts.
• Communicating with internal departments to ensure that customer accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
• Coordinating with collection agencies or attorneys to pursue delinquent accounts as necessary.
• Reviewing and responding to customer inquiries related to their accounts
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience from AR & collections within an international environment
• Immediate joiners or with maximum 1 month will be prioritized
