Job description / Role
• Research, outline, write and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements and a documentary of subject matter
• Responsible for handling Aconex administration
• Gather information from subject-matter
• Work with development and support leads to identify documentation revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage
• Writes and edits technical documents such as minutes of minutes and other presentations and reports
• Meets with directors, engineers, and project managers to learn about specific projects.
• Creates or works with graphic designers to create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to assist in the preparation of the presentation/report
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Communicate complex ideas in a concise manner
• Create and maintain document files and archives
Requirements
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• Excellent experience in Managing Aconex
• Excellent written skills in English
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
