Acoustics General Manager

Job description / Role

International specialist engineering business is seeking a technically strong Acoustics General Manager to head up the GCC operations based from Dubai “.

The business has been established globally for over 20 Years with landmark projects in London , Singapore , Dubai , New York , Auckland , Hong Kong and Cape Town .

With a solid client base across the GCC the organisation are looking for someone to head up the Region reporting directly into the Managing Director .
With work currently in KSA , Qatar , Oman and the UAE you will handle all projects and leads for the group .With a track record of engineering input and expertise within : Casinos , Hotels , Theater’s , Nightclubs, Stadiums this International Consultancy has core relationships with Developers , Contractors, MEP Sub Contractors and Consultants .

They are looking to hire a proactive driven individual that can push the business to the next step within the Middle East . With lots of opportunities within the market you will be responsible for cherry picking what is an attractive project and what represents risk to the business .

Salary:
AED 65,000 to 75,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

You will have at least 5 Years experience based in the United Arab Emirates within the Acoustics & Sound Sector . You will have a technical background ideally in Architecture or Mechanical Engineering . You will be capable of getting into the detail with clients and pulling apart key acoustic issues and offer solid and sound solutions for the organizations .

Responsible for the following :

• You will lead a team of engineers and technicians
• Handle all proposals
• Manage P&L for the Region
• Earmark new business
• Handle existing clients
• Coordinate engineering solutions and expertise related to the acoustics sector
• The business works a 5 Day working week and offers good holidays, healthcare and financial rewards to those that can deliver against the business plan .
