Acquisition Manager - Real Estate

Contract Duration:- 3-6 months + probability of extension

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Acquisition Manager to join our real estate team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing prime property opportunities that align with our growth strategy, driving our portfolio expansion and adding value to our investments.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential real estate acquisition opportunities in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to assess the viability of acquisitions.
- Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and deal terms with property owners and brokers.
- Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, brokers, and investors.
- Develop acquisition strategies to enhance portfolio value and meet targeted business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed acquisition reports and recommendations to senior management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate acquisition or investment, preferably within the UAE market.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent understanding of commercial real estate market (retail, warehouse, offices) trends and regulatory environment in Dubai.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
