Position Title: Admin
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
UK based building material supplier in Musaffa, Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
• Responsible for customer order, dispatch, general filing, phone calls, emails, invoices Works Orders, Purchase orders etc.
• Has understanding of figures and numbers, handling invoices, customer service and admin tasks.
• Act as Sales coordinator and Admin in charge
• Adjust stock levels and generate purchase orders as needed for customers and keep the office in a general clean and tidy state.
• Deal with and expedite shipments from the UK and assist the accounting company/system to manage the required documentation
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role; preferably from construction or building materials supplier company
• Candidates must have their own visa
