Job description / Role
- Preparing tenancy contract, addendum, SPA, MOU, NOC and other property related contracts.
- Developer registration renewals and gathering materials.
- Managing digital filing ensuring that brokers centrally save supporting documents for properties.
- Possessing accurate knowledge of Trakheesi to prepare listings including verification and Trakheesi permits.
- Adhering to RERA rules and regulations.
- Drafting of any other related agreements and letters.
- Excellent follow up skills and lead management.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office, including facilities management, procurement, and general administrative functions.
- Ability to draft company emails letters and presentations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration in achieving organizational goals.
- Oversee the management of office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and efficient usage.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to administrative and operational functions.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to obtain the best terms and services for the organization.
Requirements:
- Real Estate experience is essential, a minimum of 2 years, with a strong understanding of administrative and operational functions.
- Must have experience handling contracts, MOU's and all other property related documents.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and best practices in administrative and operational management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Must be based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
