Position Title: Admin Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation, transportation, meals and uniform

About the Client:
The hiring company is Dubai based Leisure club for golf in the region
Job Role:
• Answering general calls forwarded to the office, assist in administering attendance/time sheet report for TG associates
• Day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, binding, scanning, photocopying, and ensuring requested tasks are delivered accurately and timely
• Identify, rectify or report office equipment malfunctions
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, employees and company information
• Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the department
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to ASIAN nationality
• Male/Female, 35 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 3 years of UAE experience, 2 years in secretarial or administrative role; preferably in hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and organization skills
