About the Client:
One of the leading premium supplier and manufacturer of aluminum machineries
Job Description:
• Answer incoming phone calls and take messages
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc
• Prepare and edit letters, reports, memos, emails and recording minutes of the meeting
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Liaise with intercompany departments to ensure proper information flow and efficient execution
Requirements
Position Title: Admin Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipina
• 35 years old and below
• At least 3 years relevant experience in the similar role
• UAE experience is a must
• Must be fluent in speaking and writing English
