Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a top US Law Firm who have been established in Dubai for a number of years. They are currently in a period of expansion and are looking to hire for someone to join the team as an Admin Assistant on a full time basis. Applicants must have previous legal experience.
In this role you will report directly to the Office Coordinator and assist with a number of different tasks. You will be based on reception, however the main bulk of the work will involve supporting the legal secretary’s, business development admin, planning office social / charity events and other general admin support when required.
The successful candidate should have previous legal experience. You should be a proactive individual, someone who can turn their hand to various tasks. You must speak excellent English and be well presented for a client facing role.
