Position Title: Admin Clerk - Offshore
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and food
Benefits: as per UAE labour law

About the Client:
One of the leading support services conglomerates in the UAE
Job Description:
- Coordination with HR and the Medical Coordinator for Security Passes, Offshore Food Handlers Medical and follow-up actions.
- Prepares timesheets by coordinating with department heads and supervisors to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Arrange with the client to obtain visa and when required to cover the operational needs when the vessels are operating in foreign waters.
- Will be using Business core system to record and manage staff-related data, such as resignations, terminations, leave, duty rosters, timesheets, and other requests. Tracks the status of requests and follows up to ensure timely approvals and closures.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Open to Indian nationality
- Male, 35 years old and below
- At least 2 years experience in offshore for similar role
- Must be willing to travel offshore for meetings from time to time
