About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and personable Admin & Accounts Associate to join our team. This is a dynamic and multifaceted role that plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our studio. You will handle a variety of administrative and accounting duties, support inventory and procurement processes, and liaise with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks such as email correspondence, scheduling, filing, and data entry
• Communicate with clients and suppliers to coordinate documentation and follow up on outstanding payments
• Assist in preparing procurement schedules based on supply and demand forecasts
• Monitor inventory and contribute to stock control strategies
• Calculate landed costs of imported items, considering freight, duties, and related expenses
• Maintain and update Excel-based reports and registers for company directors
• Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies and ensuring smooth workflow
• Provide logistical support during meetings, events, and studio visits

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, creative work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Prior experience in administration or accounting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow with the company

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

About the Company

The Loom Collection is a modern furniture and home décor online store, a family owned retail business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

On the 14th of February 2019 we opened our online business as a statement of going against the uniform of home décor that was existent in Dubai and the UAE at the time.

We wanted your house and ours to be different from our neighbor's house, we longed for modern, urban looks for small sized apartments as well as penthouses and large villas, all made with excellent quality materials, designer looks without the price tags.

In January 2021 we opened the doors to our very own studio in Dubai Investment Park to better serve our clients and to give them the possibility to touch and see the furniture before purchasing.

With inspiration mostly drawn from Australian and Scandinavian designers, The Loom Collection offers meticulously curated furniture and home décor from sofas to rugs, coffee tables and home décor. Our focus will stay mainly on style, comfort and quality craftsmanship however, our efforts are driven by ensuring that we can bring these to you at an affordable price.
