Position Title: Admin Executive - Logistics

About the Client:
A leading provider of innovative heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products and solutions globally.
Job Description:
• Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, records, and correspondence.
• Assist in tracking shipments, preparing necessary shipping and customs documents, and ensuring compliance with logistics regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, employee schedules, and financial transactions.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Open for Filipino nationals
• Female, 38 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics or a similar role within HVAC or Logistics industry.
Salary:
AED
7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
