About the Client:
UK based building material supplier in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi
• Responsible for customer order, dispatch, general filing, phone calls, emails, invoices Works Orders, Purchase orders etc.
• Has understanding of figures and numbers, handling invoices, customer service and admin tasks.
• Act as Sales coordinator and Admin in charge
• Adjust stock levels and generate purchase orders as needed for customers and keep the office in a general clean and tidy state.
• Deal with and expedite shipments from the UK and assist the accounting company/system to manage the required documentation
Position Title: Admin Executive
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Open to Filipino nationals
• 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years’ experience in similar work role preferably from construction or building materials supplier company
• High level of data analysis and proficiency in Excel
• Must be comfortable working with large volumes of data
• Open to Abu Dhabi candidates and must be willing to work in Musaffah area
