Job description / Role
ADMIN/ SECRETARY
• Organizing and maintaining office systems.
• Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments.
• Ordering and managing office supplies and inventory.
• Answering phone calls and emails professionally.
• Acting as a point of contact between management and clients/staff.
• Drafting letters, reports, memos, and emails.
• Booking meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
• Providing administrative support to executives or department heads.
• Assisting with the preparation of presentations or reports.
• Handling sensitive or confidential information responsibly and discreetly.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level of discretion and integrity
• Adaptable, dependable, and resourceful
• Professional demeanor with a friendly, can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
