Position Title: Admin Executive - Emiratization
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A multinational company located in Abu Dhabi that manufactures specialty raw chemicals and food products.
Job Description:
• Manage office correspondence, organize files, schedule appointments, and provide day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations.
• Greet and assist visitors, handle phone/email inquiries, and support customer service tasks as needed, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Accurately maintain records, update databases, and ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
• Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and assisting in basic HR or procurement tasks when required.
Requirements:
• Open to Emirati Nationals with Family Book aged 38 years old and below
• Must have bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in administration, customer service, or front office roles
Salary:
AED
10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
