We are seeking a dedicated HR & Office Administrator to manage administrative and HR tasks in our motor repair warehouse. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the automotive sector, especially in workshop or spare parts environments. Applications without automotive experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage attendance records, labor timesheets, and daily staff coordination.
• Handle HR documentation, recruitment assistance, and onboarding processes.
• Oversee spare parts inventory, stock movements, and basic procurement.
• Support daily workshop needs and ensure smooth communication between office and floor staff.
• Maintain records for payroll, employee files, and petty cash.
• Assist with compliance, safety documentation, and general office administration.
Requirements:
• Mandatory: Proven experience in the automotive industry, particularly with spare parts or workshop administration.
• Familiarity with stock management and auto repair operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
