Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• To handle all calls to the best of their capabilities
• Attend all calls from clients in a professional manner
• Record all calls accurately in the appropriate operating system
• Receive and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel if necessary
• Give accurate information to clients and third parties when required
• Professionally and efficiently deal with work related queries
• Monitor call out response times to avoid breaches SLA
• Support the function of the Communication Centre in a professional and dedicated manner
• Perform any reasonable task that may be assigned by the Team leader and or the Supervisor

Requirements

• Educated to A Level or School Certificate standard
• Good English both written and verbal
• Previous call center or similar experience

KEY COMPETENCIES
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work within a team
• Strong communication skills
• Good IT skills
• Ability to work under pressure
