Job description / Role
This opportunity is for a Government entity based in UAE.
As an Admin Officer, you would be providing administrative support, perform clerical duties, filing, preparing documents etc. You will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
You will organize and schedule appointments, MIS reports. Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes. Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures. Handle administrative requests and queries from staffs and senior managers
To be successful you would ideally possess a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in administration duties, having a good level in English language and must be proficient in MS office.
