Job description / Role
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Process Specialist cum Accountant to manage and optimize travel processes for the organization. This role involves handling end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with travel policies, and delivering exceptional support to employees for both domestic and international travel. The Admin Process Specialist cum Accountant will work closely with the finance, HR, and operations teams to streamline travel workflows and implement cost-effective strategies.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Travel Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of proven experience in corporate travel coordination or travel management.
• Strong understanding of travel booking systems, vendor negotiations, and expense management processes.
• Familiarity with travel regulations, visa processes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support employees during travel.
• Proficiency in travel management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary:
AED
4,500 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
