This opportunity is with a large retail organization based in Dubai.
As an Admin, you will be responsible in
• Managing reception
• Assisting in formulating, implementing administrative policies and procedures, take responsibility for implementation of administration plans.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation materials and other business documents and manage an effective filing system.
• Arrange travel and accommodation.
• Prepare and coordinate meetings
• To be successful you ideally possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field.
• Should have Prior experience as Admin / Receptionist.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
